Très déçue. La société ne vérifie pas les agréments Education nationale, ne garantit pas les disponibilités alors que tout laisse à le penser. J'ai dû annuler une voyage scolaire pour cette raison.Manque de professionnalisme.

A éviter pour organiser des évènements. Leur politique n'est pas visé vers la satisfaction client mais seulement vers la facturation, très décevable en cette période incertaine. On ne peut que trouver mieux en contactant d'autres tour opérateur.

Our hostel has been using Groupcorner for quite some time and we've been quite happy with the service, so far. However starting 2021 Groupcorner changes its pricing model from a commission based system to a reseller system. Meaning, the offers hostels provide to Groupcorner are no longer the offers customers will receive. Groupcorner is now setting the final prices themselves. Which means they might add an unknown amount to the final price. Maximising their profits, giving their customers less affordable choices. We as a hostel cannot even make a fair and affordable offer that is passed on "as is" to the customers. If we have a double room we want to sell for a 90EUR, then that's because it's a double room for 90EUR. And not a room that Groupcorner then sells for 150EUR because none of the other Hostel's offers were that affordable. We all suffered 2020 and we all try to make good for it. But it should be done by offering a better service and not by squeezing out every last cent of the customers which only results in unhappy customers and bed reviews in the long term, and mostly for the hostels.

Great service! I quickly received quotes from multiple hotels that were perfectly adapted to my booking request and well within the specified budget. Huge time saver and the Groupcorner team was extremely helpful, I'll definitely be using them again in the future!
