I had a wifi box installed in my Appartment. I waited for two weeks before someone came to install it. When I started my subscription, I was told that I could cancel it whenever. Because of Covid, I had to move back home to my parents in February. We are now in June and the are still charging me every month for my box and they will do so until July even I have send the box back. My experience happened in Leiden, NL.
