Il y avait deux ouvriers, une femme et un homme, c'était le "chef", c'est le mot français utilisé pour désigner l'ouvrier responsable de la gare. Ma mère a expliqué la situation et la première réponse de la femme a été qu'il était impossible que l'argent soit à l'intérieur car la machine n'acceptait pas cet argent.
Nous parvenons à parler avec ce patron, une personne très impolie, qui nous a ouvert la machine. Après 5 minutes à prétendre qu'il cherchait l'argent, il a dit qu'il valait mieux leur écrire notre adresse en Espagne pour nous rendre l'argent, AU CAS OÙ C'ÉTAIT À L'INTÉRIEUR. QUEL??
Pour moi, toute la situation était une grosse blague. Ma mère est née à Paris et parle très bien, mais elle était très nerveuse, et je leur ai demandé s'ils parlaient en anglais pour mieux s'expliquer, car le patron de la gare ne regardait pas bien la machine , et je voulais demander à un travailleur qui comprenait mieux la machine, et ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne parlaient pas anglais. Quelque temps plus tard, la femme a commencé à parler en anglais avec un autre passager.
Eh bien, ils ont appelé quelqu'un QUI COMPREND la machine, et au bout de 10 ou 15 minutes, un jeune ouvrier apparaît et nous rend l'argent, mais a aussi dit à ma mère "on ne vole pas" : quand c'était eux qui pensaient du commencer que l'argent n'était pas à l'intérieur de la machine.
Au milieu de cette situation horrible, j'ai dit au patron qu'il ne comprenait pas la machine parce que l'argent était à l'intérieur, et il m'a dit que si je pensais qu'il avait l'argent dans sa poche (mots exacts, mais en français ) , il a commencé à crier à ma mère puis il m'a appelé CONNE. C'est le mot en français qu'ils utilisent pour dire stupide ou idiot à une autre personne. POUVEZ-VOUS IMAGINER UN TRAVAILLEUR DIRE ÇA À UN PASSAGER ? Alors oui, c'est vrai.

My mother and me introduced 50€ inside the ticket machine to buy a 10 travels ticket. It was a mistake, because in the outside part of the machine say that you only can put inside 20, 10 or 5€, but we didnt see it.

There were two workers, a woman and a men, that was the "chef" , that is the french word people use to label the worker that is the responsible of the train station. We achieve to speak with this boss , a very unpolite person, that opened for us the machine. After 5 minutes pretending that he was looking for the money, he said that better write to them our address in Spain to return us the money, IN CASE IT WAS INSIDE. WHAT??
For me all the situation was being a big joke. My mother is bornt in Paris and speaks in a very good way, but she was very nervous, and I asked for them if they speak in english in order to explain ourself better, because the boss of the train station was not looking well the machine, and I wanted to ask for some worker that understood the machine better, and they said to me that they dont speak english. Some time later, the woman started to talk in english with other passenger.
Well, they called to someone THAT UNDERSTAND the machine, and after 10 or 15 minutes, a young worker appears and returns to us the money, but also told to my mother "we dont steal" : when they were the ones who thought from the beginning that the money was not inside the machine.
In the middle of this horrible situation, I said to the boss that he didnt understand the machine because the money was inside, and he told to me that if i was thinking that he had the money in his pocket (exact words, but in french) , he started to shout to my mother and then he called me CONNE. This is the word in french they use to say stupid or idiot to other person. CAN YOU IMAGINE A WORKER SAYING THAT TO A PASSENGER? So yes, its true.
