My husband, adult daughter, her fiancé and I took the half day American tour with Sabrina. We booked at the last minute and lucked out that she was available AND willing to step out just for the four of us.
She not only gave amazingly detailed information, she also was so warm and friendly that we felt like we’d found our long lost French cousin.
Her knowledge base was vast and personalized to whatever we wanted to know. She suggested photo ops and even took the photos for us.
She timed the cemetery visit for the playing of Taps. It was very emotional to start with and then, almost on cue, a French fighter plane flew over and tipped a wing. Sabrina laughingly said she arranged that just for us. But then explained whenever they are near, they tip their wing in thanks. Not a dry eye was found.
This kind lady even sent an email with some of her prop photos and links to movies we had discussed.
Please, if you chose any tour, try my long lost cousin Sabrina! You won’t regret it!

Cedric is an outstanding tour guide, and his passion for WWII history made for a wonderful and informative day touring the D-Day sites. His use of personal stories, maps, and antedotes helped reinforced the enormity of the losses and the importance of the Battle of Normandy. He is flexible and personable. His VW van was clean and spacious for our group. I would definitely recommend Normandy Excursions to anyone looking for a thorough D-Day tour!
