We moved from Boston,USA to Nice, France and during the covid lockdown. The crown team handled so well that we dint have to worry about anything. Received all the items and nothing damaged.
Plus, a special thanks to Yael who did an amazing job in helping with apartment search.

Crown Paris recently moved me from Paris to Dublin. It was by a wide margin the most abysmal and worst service that I have ever received from any service provider anywhere in the world. Crown Paris gave me no information about the moving day or delivery time in Dublin, I discovered on the day that it was being handled by a third party, Careline in Dublin, whereas I had paid for a door to door service from Crown. For some reason, Crown Dublin had not been involved. Yet another intermediary Euro Group, tried to compress the move into one day, whereas I had been promised two days by Crown in Paris. This was not adequate for the work required and was not in line with the undertaking given by Crown Paris. There were multiple miscommunications among the various parties in the chain and Crown Paris did not coordinate directly with the subcontractors in Dublin but only communicated with the Euro Group. Instead of being able to focus on supervising the movers, I was forced to spend hours on the phone trying to deal with the third parties myself in order to obtain the service for which I had paid. Careline Dublin and Crown Dublin were extremely helpful but Careline was stymied by being by at the end of broken chain and forced to take instructions from Euro Group, who in turn was being contacted by Crown Paris. As a result of the numerous phone calls that I made myself, I was eventually able to have the movers return for another half day. However, as it was not consecutive to the first day, it held up my progress in packing articles away and completely disrupted my own arrangements and plans for the move in.
Overall, a very stressful and unpleasant experience, which I hope never to repeat. I appreciated the service from Careline and the assistance that Crown Dublin provided to solve the issues but the conduct of Crown Paris was unacceptable.
